While not always available - in the main part of winter or after major snow drops followed by clear cold nights there can be good ice and steep snow climbing on the Cresta side of the Hump (South) and in the China Wall area near the Horn - the latter reached by abseiling off the Steel poles in the rock next to the small shelter at the horn car park
Note that you need skis or snow shoes to access the horn as the road is a ski trail in winter with not walking allowed
The Hump in particular is growing in popularity as it has easily accessed and well protected routes
