THE CREVASSE
Burston's Crevasse at Mt Buffalo is a horizontal boulder infill type
ravine, some 400 metres long and descending about 150 metres into the
main Gorge. We squeeze through holes - descend
steep slopes - crawl through and into caves - use ropes and steel wire
ladders to climb and have great fun. The views of the Alps and the cliffs are magnificent on a clear day. A good wet weather activity and a great bonding adventure. weather activity
You will need to bring
Old warm synthetic clothes such as an old track suit or fleece clothing (Long trousers and long sleeves essential)
Sturdy runners or boots (Sports sandals are not acceptable)
Medication as required (such as an asthma puffer)
A plastic bag for dirty clothing at the end of the Adventure.
Cameras can be brought.
Meeting location We meet at the Mt Buffalo Gorge Car-park Near the stone hut at the lower end of the car-park at the time arranged:

Price
For private activities we run a full day adventure with a minimum fee of
$770 for a team of up to 5
participants, plus $150 pp extra - this extended adventure
includes practice abseils off our 25 or 35 metre site and then an awesome
abseil into the crevasse.
Assumption of Risk Forms: Recreational and Corporate Groups etc will need to complete forms at the activity location prior to participation.
Equipment We supply Industry standard helmets and helmet mounted lights. You will need to bring your own lunches and other snacks as suitable for the duration of the adventure.
